Our subsidiary Smart Registry GmbH holds a preliminary license for crypto securities registration under Sec. 1(1a) sent. 2 no. 8, 65(2) of the German Banking Act and is therefore able to issue tokenized (crypto) securities under the German Electronic Securities Act (eWpG).
