Working Group

The Education Working Group brings together all the stakeholders – from corporate human resources and management to training and educational professionals – to discuss, co-create and debate at an institutional level, adequate approaches for blockchain skills development, blockchain knowledge sharing, capacity building, and education. We come together to develop an educational strategy in the blockchain field.

 

Why is it valuable to the members?


The group actively formulates recommendations on the design, distribution, and promotion of blockchain skills and knowledge and helps develop blockchain education programs.


It has direct input and influence on how the future of blockchain skills and knowledge dissemination is enhanced at a European and global level - including blockchain in academies, universities, and educational institutions.

What does the group do?

The Working Group aims to provide recommendations for educational facilities and regulators focused on skills development.

It aims to map the key competencies required by the managers and blockchain specialists and to provide guidelines on how to boost the educational programs delivered.

Work on quantitative and qualitative mapping of classical education institutions with blockchain programming across 50 jurisdictions.

Work with the Academic Advisory Body on the exchange of knowledge and ideas in order to tackle most efficiently the issue of blockchain skills capacity building.

Address the challenges of developing and structuring blockchain skills development programs that ensure that current and future decision-makers are aware of the blockchain technology and its possible applications.

Identify and provide recommendations on the definition and standardisation of the education on blockchain, both on the academic and professional level (i.e. CHAISE program).
